Human-first coaching and AI fluency for tech professionals. A real coach, practical AI training and simple tools, so you can grow into this new era without burning out.
Not theory. Rooms full of people building.
A live WonderLead session · “Spec first. Always work backwards.”At Amazon, Patricia wrote and reviewed Working Backwards documents for nine years: the launch written as if it already happened, then the hard questions. It is the method inside everything WonderLead runs. Try it on your own next move. Write the release first, then see if it survives review.

The tools change every quarter. What makes a leader does not. Self-awareness, trust and sound judgment come first, then real AI fluency on top.
A free, honest mirror: where you stand in the AI era and the single highest-leverage move to make next. Fifteen questions across AI readiness, how you are really doing at work, and the health of your tech career.
Structured 1:1 coaching for engineers, PMs and managers: promotions, role transitions and real AI-era capability. Every session ends in an action you will be asked about. If the first session isn't useful, it's free.
Audit and coaching insights become a concrete plan on the platform: daily action, measured progress, zero overwhelm. The antidote to rush, one sustainable step at a time.
Hands-on, in a real cross-functional pod, until building with AI feels natural. A shipped product, under bar-raiser review, at your own pace instead of the hype-cycle rush.
Between sessions: the AI Builder Stack, a living directory of what actually works, and AI Mentors trained on the WonderLead method that answer like a coach, not like a search engine.
The AI-Native Practitioner Programme. Build a real product, in a real cross-functional AI-native team, under bar-raiser review by a team of senior professionals from big tech. Not a course with an instructor: three seniors sit inside the pod and hold the bar on the work you produce, every sprint.
One shared picture of the product. What AI-native means in day-to-day craft. Find the customer to interview.
Charter, five customer questions, interviews, the press release and FAQ.

“I was a Business Analyst in Ukraine and wanted to move into PM. After tens of interviews I had lost my confidence; this programme gave it back, and the practice I needed to pass PM interviews.”
“The turning point for me was learning how to approach problems the way they do at Amazon: focusing heavily on the customer pain point and working backwards from the client's perspective.”
“It enables you to turn your efforts into a tangible outcome, something real you can showcase at the end of the experience.”

I'm Patricia Juárez Muñoz. I coach the way I worked at Amazon: start from evidence, hold a high bar, and use AI daily without outsourcing judgement to it. Nine years at Amazon as a Staff AI Product Engineer, seventeen-plus in tech, and now full-time on WonderLead.
At AWS in Berlin I led AI literacy work that went from one team to three organisations. I have mentored more than 180 professionals, sat in more than a hundred engineer interviews and promo panels, and lived the pressure myself: layoffs, role uncertainty and the speed of AI change.
“My promise: I will tell you the truth about where you stand, then build the shortest honest path from there.”
“Patricia has been a reliable mentor to me for nearly three years, serving as a helpful sounding board during my promotion process at AWS. Her constructive feedback and strategic insights provided a clear roadmap for navigating complex career milestones.”
“Patricia's coaching was instrumental in helping me land my role at AWS. If you're serious about breaking into Big Tech, Patricia is the mentor you need.”
“She guided me through Working Backwards documents, which really helped me clarify the system design and metrics. I feel more prepared for shipping and interviews.”
For companies · AWS Berlin, nine months
A director was enthusiastic about AI. There were Lunch and Learns. There were Slack posts. Inside the teams, almost no one engaged. Licences were not the problem. People were hesitant.
So the sessions became bottom-up. Optional. In working hours. No usage tracking, and deliberately no metrics in phase one. Every role in the room, on real work.
One team→seven→three organisations sharing a floor
People who had never touched AI were building on-call agents and design-system automation, and demoing them. Learners became the teachers. The findings went to AWS's senior principal for AI literacy, who agreed to apply the approach.
WonderLead now runs the same sequence with other companies: the AI-Native Team Programme for teams, on work time, and the AI-Native Executive, a private working session for the leaders who own adoption.
“Her ability to connect people, encourage curiosity, and create psychological safety around learning new technologies had real impact on AI literacy and adoption.”
“She single-handedly created an environment where we could safely explore, experiment, and adopt cutting-edge technologies.”
“It created a useful space for people to learn, ask questions, and see what others were building.”

One calm email on what actually works in the AI era. No noise, no rush, no hype. Every letter has its own cover, with Patricia drawn into the story in a new outfit.
